ENVIROTUFF LINER (ETL)
Envirotuff Liner (ETL) is specially designed to insulate cargo carried in general purpose shipping containers against temperature spikes which is the primary cause of damage to products and commodities during the carriage.
ETL once installed in the container has the ability to reflect up to 97% of radiant heat and also prevents the penetration of hot/cold air.
We also provide customised solution to customers who are involved in the shipment of Dangerous Goods (DG).
Solutions available for 20ft, 40ft, 40ft High Cube and 45ft High Cube containers with and without floor.
BREATHABLE ENVIROTUFF LINER (B-ETL)
Breathable Envirotuff Liner (B-ETL) is specially designed to insulate cargo in general purpose containers from dangerous temperature spikes during transportation of HYGROSCOPIC cargo (example peanuts, cocoa beans, spices, perishable items).
Apart from reflecting radiant heat, the B-ETL which is made of specially engineered material allows inherent moisture to escape through the liner and prevent re-entry of water droplets into the container thus preventing CONDENSATION losses.
Sizes available for 20ft, 40ft, 40ft High Cube and 45ft High Cube with and without floor.
PALLET COVER
This product is specially designed to insulate individual palletised goods for protection against extreme temperature fluctuation during transportation.
It has the ability to reflect up to 97% of radiant heat and most suitable for use in less container load (LCL) shipment.
